As a Conditioner: Apply conditioner to hair after washing with the Gentle Moisturizing Shampoo. Leave in for 5 to 15 minutes. Rinse

As a moisture treatment (deep conditioner): Apply to hair after washing with the Gentle Moisturizing Shampoo or after rinsing the Strengthening Protein Treatment. Cover with a plastic cap and apply heat using a hooded dryer for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse.
