Using these harsh hair products on hair that is already fragile or damaged only makes matters worse. The result is breakage and dryness.

I found a sulfate-free shampoo, does this mean it is gentle? Because people are learning about the damaging effects of harsh sulfates, many products are now deeming themselves as better because they are sulfate-free.
