Shipping Policies:
All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center.
Domestic Orders: The Essentious shipping department is able to ship to street addresses and PO Boxes within the United States. The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Please be certain your address is correct regardless of your ordering process, before finalizing your order. We can not be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address.
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii: can require an
additional 2 – 3 day delivery time.
Order Processing Times: We typically ship 3 times
per week and try to process orders within 48 hours
(except holidays and weekends). Orders submitted on
weekends will process the next business day.
Domestic: All packages, unless otherwise stipulated,
once processed, are shipped via United States Postal
Service First Class or Priority Mail (3-5 day service,
not guaranteed). This service provides tracking numbers
for all of our orders. All delivery times are estimated
from the time your order leaves our processing center.
International: All packages, unless otherwise stipulated,
once processed, go out United States Postal Service
Priority International or Express Mail International.
Tracking numbers are given, but the postal service
does not typically allow tracking of this number until
the package has been delivered. Please note that minor
adjustments to the shipping rate may be required depending
upon the country of shipment and the CURRENT USPS
shipping rates. We try to send orders for the fastest
delivery time to you.
International Customs: The purchaser is responsible to pay any applicable taxes or duties that may apply. We do not calculate or collect taxes or duties from you. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check country and local regulations and policies of the receiving country and abide by those. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be sure the Customs Department permits the shipment of our products to your country and what the duties or tariffs may be upon delivery. We will not provide a refund on the shipping of the package if it is refused by customs or by yourself, due to regulations and taxes or duties. If the package is seized by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to us, we can not issue a refund.
Items not in Stock: We strive to have all of our products
available for immediate shipment. In rare occasions,
due to popularity and high demand for our products
and limited availability of ingredients, products
may be on back order. We will take all necessary steps
to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation
occurs. If it is possible to ship a portion of an
order, we will send out all available items and place
the remainder as a back-order, to be shipped as soon
as possible with no extra shipping charges to you.
ProDucts Not For Resale
Any and all Brock Beauty Inc. products (including, but not limited to, the following brands: Hairfinity, Infinite Lash, Essentious, and Dermera) that are purchased, or received as the result of a purchase through a website owned and/or operated by Brock Beauty Inc. are NOT FOR RESALE; with the sole exception belonging to Brock Beauty Inc. authorized retailers and distributors. Any purchase of our products made by someone other than an authorized retailer or distributor is made under the terms of a retail sale, which is when someone who is in the business of selling, like Brock Beauty Inc., sells to customers who buy products for their own use and not for resale to others.
Refund and Money Back Guarantee
Brock Beauty Inc. stands behind the products we sell.
We recognize that although our products have extremely
high consumer satisfaction, there is no one product
that may work for everyone. We also strive to make
your online shopping experience positive and secure.
We do not at any time give or sell you information
to any other companies.
If for any reason, within 30 days of your purchase,
you are not satisfied with our product, you may receive
a full refund of your purchase price (less shipping
and handling) - no questions asked. The product must
have been purchased directly from Brock Beauty Inc.
In order to be eligible for a refund, we ask that
you use the product as directed. For example, using
more product than indicated on the instructions in
a one month time period will void any guarantees.
If you have previously returned products under this
refund policy, any future requests for a refund will
not be honored. To cancel an order, please contact
us by phone or email within 24 hours. Once an order
has shipped it cannot be cancelled. Please contact

return all bottles (used and unused) with a note containing
